Policy

After teaching privately for 9 years now, I have developed a policy for all of my students that must be adhered to.

1. Payment in the form of cash or cheque must be submitted in the first week of each month.

2. Students who cancel lessons with 24 hours notice or more may schedule a make up lesson on the weekend.  Less than 24 hours notice will not permit a student to have a make-up lesson as it is nearly impossible to schedule another student in that time slot.

3. If any teacher is unable to teach a lesson for whatever reason, a make-up lesson will be scheduled (likely on the weekend).

4. There are students on a waiting list, waiting for an open slot for a lesson.  Students who are continually behind in payments, not practicing at all, frequently late and/or cancelling lessons may be dismissed from the studio completely.
